Winnipeg School Division trustee candidates will be talking about issues concerning students with special needs and their families on Thursday.
An election forum, hosted by Family Advocates for Students with Special Needs in the WSD, the former Ellen Douglass Parents Association, is being held at St. John’s High School, 401 Church Ave., on Oct. 16 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The forum will be in the senior gymnasium.
The forum will allow people to go up to the candidates from all nine wards in the division to ask individual questions about issues concerning them and their children with special needs. All 29 candidates have been invited.
